Every user gets their own encrypted database. Your data is never mixed with other users, never shared, and never sold. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS for all connections.
Just tell it. Say "that last transaction was wrong" or "reverse that entry" and it will create a correcting journal entry. All entries use proper double-entry accounting. Nothing is silently overwritten; corrections are always tracked.
You'll see a warning as your balance gets low. When credits run out, you can buy more with one click right in the chat. Your data and conversation history are always preserved.
You can generate profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances on demand. Hand those to your tax preparer and you're set. Both cash and accrual accounting bases are supported.
